• Salt Monkey offers free shipping on all orders over $75.00 that are shipped within the
  continental U.S.
• Priority shipping is subject to flat rate shipping charges ranging from $3.50-$10.50, depending
  on location and desired speed of service.
• Standard Shipping items are generally delivered within 7-10 days of order date.
• Flat Rate Shipping items are generally delivered within 5-7 days of order date.
• Shipping speeds may vary based on location, service selected and post office holidays and

Salt Monkey wants our products to exceed your expectations. However, we know there are
times when something isn't just right.  We gladly accept returns or exchanges on NEW, unworn
and unwashed or defective merchandise. Please ship the product back to Salt Monkey in new
condition and include the original packing slip. Also include the information regarding what
merchandise you would like to exchange or if you would like a refund*. If we sent the wrong
item, please contact us at info@saltmonkey.com and request a return label to be emailed.

Returns made within 60 days from date of order will be refunded to your original method of
purchase. Returns made after 60 days will receive a Salt Monkey store credit.

The refunded amount is the amount paid for merchandise after all discounts are applied. A
portion of any coupon or promotional discount applied to the original transaction will be
subtracted from all returned or exchanged items noted on the original receipt. No
reimbursement for expedited shipping.
